• Mobilisation of disadvantaged sections is important in the community monitoring process. • Community mobilisation involves increasing the capacity of the community on various issues and concerns of health, health rights though certain steps. • How information on health rights and entitlements can be disseminated amongst community though mediums like pamphlets, skits, plays posters etc. • It is an intensive process and it may require multiple visits for familiarization, developing rapport and group building so that overall objective of building ownership about public health service can be achieved. |
