Having understood the key elements of CBM in Health, the most important part of the process is converting idea into action. This can only be done in CBM through a committed human resources who have the knowledge of community, right perspectives and the required skills to take the community along in the process of CBM.
The person who leads the process of CBM in the community is generally known as community facilitator or community mobilizer. Along with him/her a team of members from the community is essential, as CBM is a collective community enterprise. Identifying, building a team and enhancing their skills and capacity in the processes of CBM is key to the success of CBM. |
