Remember...
Community mobilization and entitlement awareness is an intensive and long drawn process. It may require multiple visits for familiarization, developing rapport and group building. Once the group building process is over the capacity building of the group should take place soon so that the momentum is maintained. After the capacity building process the group can be expected to take more responsibilities. It is not a linear process one leading to other. All the four require reinforcement consistently, regularly and yet times simultaneously. |
